As Grants Operations Assistant you will provide grants management system support for the Benefact Trust team and assist with the assessment of grant applications for monthly small grants meetings. Key responsibilities of the Grants Operations Assistant role include acting as administrator for the Trust’s grants new management system, providing administrative support for the Grants Team and assisting with the assessment of applications for monthly small grants meetings. You will also work closely with the Grants Administrator and provide cover as required (e.g. by responding to applicant enquiries). Travel to Benefact Trust offices and beneficiary events will be required.
