The Christian Funders’ Forum (CFF), a collective of Christian grant-makers funding good causes in the UK and overseas, will be hosting the 2024 Showcase event, to be held on Thursday 10 October at the House of Lords, hosted by BAFTA award-winning broadcaster, singer, and campaigner David Grant.
The Christian Funders’ Forum Showcase 2024 will shine a light on some of the most pioneering and high-impact work that Christian-based charities are delivering across the UK, supporting thousands of people across a range of issues from homelessness to imprisonment to engaging young people in their communities and churches.
Members nominated a total of 77 UK registered charities in five thematic categories:
Two finalists have been chosen representing:
Impact – A project that has genuinely made a difference in their mission focus.
Or
Pioneering – A project that is developing activity in a unique or entirely new area. As such, they may be the first to develop or lead on particular work in this sector, applying new ideas, methods, or approaches to effect change.
The ten finalists will be awarded a financial grant and will have the opportunity to champion their work to CFF members as well as VIP guests.
The event is an opportunity to celebrate the Forum’s collaborative giving. There are currently more than 50 members in the CFF, whose combined giving to Christian missions in the UK and overseas totals over £70 million each year.
The CFF provides opportunities for members to share, showcase, learn and work together to increase the reach and impact of their grant-making and philanthropy. It brings together a powerful collective of grant-makers who are transforming lives and communities through their vital support in addressing social needs, helping the vulnerable and embedding Christian values.
