Cultivating Collaboration

How can Christian Funders cultivate collaboration?

Collaboration is something almost every funder values — yet it can be surprisingly hard to put into practice. In our recent Christian Funders Forum Conversation, members gathered to reflect on why that is, what might help, and where signs of shared working are already beginning to grow.

The discussion surfaced a mix of honesty and hope: the practical realities that can make collaboration challenging, the small but meaningful ways funders are already supporting one another, and the potential for more intentional approaches that genuinely strengthen the charities we serve. From shared reporting and due‑diligence tools to thematic working groups and place‑based partnerships, there was a clear appetite to keep exploring what collaboration could look like in a Christian funding context.

At the Christian Funders Forum, we’re committed to creating spaces where these conversations can take root — places where funders can learn from one another, imagine new possibilities, and support the flourishing of Christian charities across the UK.

If you’re a Christian funder or charity leader interested in being part of this growing community, we’d love to stay connected.
